Solution-focused coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented approach to resolving issues and achieving personal and/or professional goals. Rather than ‘digging deeper’ into problems, it primarily focuses on:
identifying how to break down barriers to success
building upon what’s going well in your professional or/and personal life
identifying and taking advantage of your strengths
redesigning a more beneficial and lasting positive future focus
It is therefore predominantly a present and future-forward approach which assists individuals in reaching their goal(s) and/or resolving their issues without delving deeply into past traumas.

Therapeutic coaching assists in generating the necessary confidence, motivation, courage, knowledge, emotional space and/or energy to move successfully forward in both your personal life, and/or your professional role.
In addition to addressing your presenting concerns, there are a range of therapeutic ‘tools’ that I can employ to support your wellbeing, including hypnotherapy and counselling skills.
Therapeutic coaching can therefore support you in many ways including if you’re experiencing low self-esteem, lack of confidence, stress, anxiety, or medical symptoms such as chronic pain, tinnitus or irritable bowel syndrome.
The aim is to move you into a more beneficial ‘space’ where presenting symptoms are either alleviated or more manageable, and to move you progressively forward so that you are able to think optimistically about yourself and your wellbeing.
